Best moment this week: Doctors appt! 3 cm dialated..and all of the halloween festivities:) we are taking Kennedy trick or treating tonight!!

Labor Signs: Last night I was getting contractions 10 minutes apart that lasted 40 sec each. I packed my bag and then they stopped!

36 weeks!

I am 36 weeks and 2 days woo hoo! We are almost already for baby girl. We have the bassinett, bottles, pacifiers, bumbo, and her bag all packed. We just need to get a few last minute little things this (like diapers) and we are set! Everything is starting to feel more real to me now that we are getting closer but it still all sort of feels like a dream.

Me and my girl! Cant believe we are about to have two little princesses in our family:)

I am 35 weeks today and feeling great! The past 2 days were a different story lol. My tummy is feeling huge and I have been getting tons of pressure down there haha..tmi? Well I guess these are just the lovely signs that you are getting close to having a baby!!! I packed Kensington's bag and so she is already to come whenever now! It was actually harder than I thought so I am glad I didn't wait to do it! I have been nesting like a crazy person for like a month now and all thats left is the bathroom! Notice how I save that for last? I hate cleaning the bathroom. I have also been making freezer meals so we will still have home cooked meals when we first bring her home.  I am getting really excited and nervous now! I am most looking forward to seeing her sweet face and having Kennedy meet her baby sister. Also watching Keln hold her for the first time is also way fun. Also my mom will be coming as soon as she gets the news I am in labor. So excited!!:)

34 weeks!

           Sooo this past week from 33 to 34 weeks has been long haha. I have been deep cleaning and getting everything all ready however so when sweet baby girl comes I will be more than ready for her! Kennedy is sleeping in her big girl bed like a champ! She didnt even struggle adjusting at all! She loves it..thanks heavens! I just love that girl. I cant believe how fast this week is going..thanks heavens again! I had an appt today and everything is looking great! I am measuring just right and Kensington's heart beat is sounding great! We are loving this Fall weather and enjoying all of the changes that come with the Halloween season.

Total weight gain/loss: 10 lbs ya I guess I lost weight haha. My doctor isnt worried about it and the baby is measuring spot on so I am not going to worry about it either:)

30 weeks!

                  30 weeks..let the count down begin!! I absolutely cannot believe how fast this pregnancy is flying by! 10 weeks at the most and we will be holding our little girl! I had an appt yesterday and discussed the option of having a c-section again since I did with Kennedy but I told my doctor I would only want to do that if he would be the one to do it ha! At my doctors office their is 3 different doctors that could be possibly be the one to deliver you depending on who is working that day/night. The reason I was considering doing a c-section was because it seems so easy. You schedule when you go in and then a couple hours later you have your baby! The down side to having a c-section the second time is that all of the rest of you babies from that point on would have to be delivered c-section also. So we decided I would wait until my due date to decide. Hopefully she will come early and I will just have a VBAC. Kennedy was tangled in my cord and that was the reason I wasnt able to have her vaginally last time. I have faith and feel good that everything will work out really easy this time!  I have been keeping active and that is supposed to help with easy labor. We are getting everything ready for Kensi and even got her some new outfits! Kennedy is excited I think..she will always put her head on my belly and rub it. She is going to be the best sister ever! I have been feeling great and haven't had any more cramps or pains for the past week and a half! I still get some braxton hicks but other than that this pregnancy is back to being a breeze! I feel so blessed to be having my second baby and to be married to the man of my dreams. Its to nice to be able to savor the time we have together while still being a family of 3 because we will never have that again. So exciting to be expanding our family I just dont want Kennedy to feel left out or forgotten. We have been having so much fun this break together as a family that it makes me sad he is starting school this Monday! At the same time however, we are so ready for him to graduate that we want to get this semester started! It will also be nice to be on a schedule again! And their will be lots of fun Fall activities that we are looking forward too:)
